A: Each display case has a "Fits" label (e.g., "Fits LEGO® 10279") and a compatibility list on its product page. If your set isn’t listed, email us your set number for help
Q: Is there free shipping?
A: All orders to the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and all European countries qualify for free shipping. No minimum order value is required.
Q: What if my order arrives broken?
A: Take photos of the damaged package and product, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue for you based on the specific situation
Q: Can I change my order (like address or items) after paying?
A: Modifications are only possible before the order is shipped—email us your order number and the changes you need. We can’t adjust ordersonce they have been shipped.
