📏 Before You Order: Measure Your Build!

Every LEGO® collection is different — and that's part of the fun. 🧱

Before selecting your Showcase-Pro, we strongly recommend measuring your fully assembled LEGO model. Builds can vary significantly depending on their orientation, movable components, accessories, modifications and how you choose to display them.

For the best display experience, measure the maximum width, depth and height of your completed model and compare those measurements with the usable internal dimensions of your preferred Showcase-Pro.

1. ↔️ Measure the full width — from the furthest left point to the furthest right point.
2. ↕️ Measure the full depth — from the furthest front point to the furthest rear point.
3. 📏 Measure the full height — from the display surface to the highest point of your build.
4. 🚀 Include any projecting, adjustable or movable components such as wings, antennas, weapons, spoilers, branches, sails or accessories.
5. ✅ Compare your measurements with the usable internal fit limit — not the external dimensions of the case.
6. ✨ Whenever possible, leave a little extra clearance around your model for easier positioning and a cleaner display.

⚠️ Collector Tip: Do not select your case based only on the LEGO set's box dimensions, piece count, photos or product category. What matters is the size of your fully assembled build.

📦 Internal Display Space

• 🧱 Showcase113 Pro: approximately 29 × 29 × 39 cm of usable internal space
• 🏗️ Showcase213 Pro: approximately 59 × 29 × 39 cm of usable internal space

💡 KGBOX Tip: If your build is very close to one or more of the maximum dimensions, we recommend choosing the larger Showcase size whenever possible. A little extra breathing room can make your display look even better and makes positioning your model easier.

Q: How do I know if a display case fits my LEGO® set?

A: Each display case has a "Fits" label (e.g., "Fits LEGO® 10279") and a compatibility list on its product page. If your set isn’t listed, email us your set number for help

Q: Is there free shipping?

A: All orders to the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and all European countries qualify for free shipping. No minimum order value is required.

Q: What if my order arrives broken?

A: Take photos of the damaged package and product, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue for you based on the specific situation

Q: Can I change my order (like address or items) after paying?

A: Modifications are only possible before the order is shipped—email us your order number and the changes you need. We can’t adjust ordersonce they have been shipped.

Q: Do you sell custom-sized frame or case?

A: Due to the factory's minimum order requirement, we only accept bulk customization for 20 pieces or more.
