Q: How do I know if a display case fits my LEGO® set?

A: Each display case has a "Fits" label (e.g., "Fits LEGO® 10279") and a compatibility list on its product page. If your set isn’t listed, email us your set number for help

Q: Is there free shipping?

A: Free standard shipping applies to Europe and North America. Additional shipping costs will be charged for other regions according to product weight.

Q: What if my order arrives broken?

A:Take photos of the damaged package and product, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue for you based on the specific situation

Q: Can I change my order (like address or items) after paying?

A:Modifications are only possible before the order is shipped—email us your order number and the changes you need. We can’t adjust ordersonce they have been shipped.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: overseas deliveries take 10–28 business days. Exact delivery details will be in your order confirmation email.

Q: Do you sell custom-sized frame or case?

A: Due to the factory's minimum order requirement, we only accept bulk customization for 20 pieces or more.
