If your country is unavailable at checkout, or if products show as sold out for your region on our website, please email or message us directly. We will review your request and do our best to arrange shipment to your location.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Offered for all orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. No minimum purchase requirement applies for these regions.

All other international destinations: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and total order weight.

- Europe: $0.00–$40.00
- South America: $20.00–$120.00
- Middle East & Russia: $30.00–$150.00
- Africa: $20.00–$100.00
- Oceania: $15.00–$60.00
- Central America: $10.00–$60.00
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
All international orders take 15–18 business days, with some destinations taking longer due to customs clearance delays. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other logistical factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment in real time.
If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days, please contact our support team.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
KGBOX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Packaging & Shipping Safety
All KGBOX products are non‑hazardous and compliant with international shipping regulations.
Orders are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Large or heavy orders may be shipped in multiple packages if necessary.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking information provided.
If a shipment is lost or delayed more than 30 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost, we will provide either:
- a replacement shipment, or
- a full refund
