At KGBOX, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products under the following conditions:

All original accessories, parts, and packaging must be included

The product must be packaged securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Items that have been used beyond reasonable inspection

Items missing parts, accessories, or packaging

Items returned in a condition that cannot be resold

Products ordered incorrectly by the customer (e.g., incorrect model, size, or version)
Custom products are manufactured specifically for each order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or not as described.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return approval.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as the customer remains responsible for the product until it has been safely received at our return facility.
Original shipping fees from the order are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused or only handled for reasonable inspection

All original parts and accessories must be included

The item must be returned in secure protective packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct partial refunds if returned items are damaged due to improper packaging or handling.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2–3 business days for refund processing after inspection

7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and no later than 7 days after delivery.

Please keep the product and all packaging materials until we confirm the next steps.
If the issue is verified, we will offer either:

In these cases, KGBOX will cover the return shipping cost.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived or tracking shows an issue with delivery:

Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery office.

Contact us if the issue cannot be resolved.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either:

a replacement shipment, or
-
a full refund
Refunds or replacements may require completion of the carrier’s investigation process.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for non-faulty items.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order.
For faulty or defective products, we will arrange a replacement where available.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
