1. General

KGBOX sells custom‑made display cases for LEGO sets and collectibles. All products are hand‑inspected before shipment. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and final payment confirmation.
Prices are listed in USD. Tax and import duties for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, policy violations, or inventory issues.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs follow our published Shipping Policy. Delivery delays caused by customs, postal services, or third‑party carriers are not our liability.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Custom‑made display cases cannot be returned for change‑of‑mind reasons. Refunds will be processed after returned goods are received and inspected.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, branding, text, and content on this site are owned by KGBOX. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our products, photos, or designs without written permission. LEGO® is a trademark of The LEGO Group; KGBOX is not affiliated with or endorsed by LEGO.

6. Limitation of Liability

KGBOX is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by third‑party shipping providers, customs authorities, or global logistics issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of your order.
