Shipping Costs

Free Shipping Destinations

All orders to the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and all European countries qualify for free shipping. No minimum order value is required.

Other International Destinations

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and total order weight:
  • Southeast Asia: $5.00 – $30.00
  • South America: $20.00 – $120.00
  • Middle East & Russia: $30.00 – $150.00
  • Africa: $20.00 – $100.00
  • Oceania: $15.00 – $60.00
  • Central America: $10.00 – $60.00

Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Times

All of our products are made-to-order, so we do not keep pre-made inventory in stock.

We need 7 business days after payment confirmation to produce, pack and process your order. Order processing is unavailable on weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details. Standard delivery takes an additional 15–18 business days after dispatch. If you choose sea shipping, please refer to the extra transit time shown at checkout.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates only. Orders may take longer due to customs clearance, local postal services or other logistics issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

A tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is shipped to our carrier and the package is received and scanned by the carrier. You can use the link to check your shipment status in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days after payment, please get in touch with our support team.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your local government. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Packaging & Shipping Safety

All KGBOX products are non-hazardous and fully compliant with international shipping rules. Every order is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure safe arrival. Large or heavy orders may be divided into multiple packages for delivery.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please check the tracking information first.

If your shipment is delayed by more than 30 business days past the estimated delivery date or confirmed lost, please contact our support team.

A: Each display case has a "Fits" label (e.g., "Fits LEGO® 10279") and a compatibility list on its product page. If your set isn’t listed, email us your set number for help

Q: Is there free shipping?

A: All orders to the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and all European countries qualify for free shipping. No minimum order value is required.

Q: What if my order arrives broken?

A: Take photos of the damaged package and product, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue for you based on the specific situation

Q: Can I change my order (like address or items) after paying?

A: Modifications are only possible before the order is shipped—email us your order number and the changes you need. We can’t adjust ordersonce they have been shipped.

Q: Do you sell custom-sized frame or case?

A: Due to the factory's minimum order requirement, we only accept bulk customization for 20 pieces or more.
